AXA Belgium’s offer of apps, online products and digital tools has been expanding quite intensely the last few years. An unambiguous sign that the banking and insurance specialist is committing itself to digitilization. So how does one assure that employees are up to speed when it comes to the latest digital developments? How does one make sure they use the available tools efficiently? Neo helped AXA Belgium get everyone on their way with an animated teaser and an orientation quiz.
Apps, online products and digital tools
At AXA Belgium, employees have access to a wide range of apps and online products, as well as digital aids. These same tools are often also available to clients, who are visiting ever more digitally. By working in an efficient digital way, employees are hitting two birds with one stone: productively executing daily tasks and adapting to the expectations of clients.
At AXA Belgium’s request, Neo came up with a solution that on the one hand, raises awareness among all employees about the digital possibilities, and on the other, offers support throughout the digitilization process.
How does one work digitally... efficiently?
After clearly mapping the objectives of AXA Belgium, Neo developed an animated teaser. Through this short but powerful video, viewers become familiar with all advantages and possibilities of digital working at AXA Belgium. It constitutes a little nudge to help them get on the right digital track. Simultaneously, we sparked the users’ enthusiasm to further develop their own digital skills by using the internal AXA Ambassador program .
Subsequently we continued guiding the user through an orientation quiz. In this quiz, participants receive questions on various subjects, all linked to the AXA Ambassador program. Thanks to direct feedback and a clear overview at the end, participants discover how much and what exactly they already know regarding AXA Belgium’s digital tools, apps and online products for clients.
Based on this information, they were able to get started on following a clear-cut training course, featuring various e-learning modules, training videos and direct training. The result is a tailor-made blended learning trajectory that teaches learners how to use digital tools efficiently, for the right tasks at the right time.
